Xinrui technology for the independent development of R & D center, specially set up Guangzhou Xinrui Mold Co., LTD., specializing in enterprise R & D and product quality assurance, covers an area of 700 square meters, R & D personnel 26 people, including a senior engineer, 10 engineers. According to APQP program, the development team composed of many professional casting senior and intermediate engineers uses CAD 2D and UG 3D software for casting structural design, supplemented by CAE software for filling, solidification simulation and optimization of casting tooling design, and uses computer CAM for tooling preprocessing to complete customers' new product development work with high quality and speed.

Xinrui mold mainly includes planning group, development group, test group, operation group. The company has established the organization and operation system of the technology research and development center, with clear research and development fields and specific research and development projects, and sound rules and regulations, management methods and incentive mechanisms.
